What we coordinate, and how it flows

Every procedure MedicCN coordinates today, each with its own detail page — followed by the planned-care and urgent-care flows, and who does what at each step.

The process

One flow per path

Each path is laid out in full below — with who does what at each step.

Planned care

  1. Before admission

Records gathered and translated, provider information and an itemized quote facilitated, and appointments coordinated with the hospital.

  2. In hospital

A bilingual liaison at every appointment, admission, and discharge; daily check-ins and real-time coordination.

  3. After discharge

Rehab and physiotherapy coordination, translated discharge records, and follow-up arranged through recovery.

Urgent care

  1. Reach a coordinator

Send an urgent request or message a coordinator through extended hours.

  2. On the ground

A bilingual companion meets you for ER or clinic navigation, urgent transport, and accommodation.

  3. Through the visit

On-site or remote translation at every conversation, and appointment or admission coordination with the hospital's international patient office.

  4. Afterward

Follow-up coordination and translated records, alongside your treating physicians.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 120 first — this page is not a substitute for emergency services.
